Cooking Class

We invite you to join us for a unique Italian experience as you learn how to prepare some of the typical regional dishes of Amalfi Coast and Campania!

 

 Cooking class is available from a minimum of 2 people
Last  about 3 hours
Our guests will follow all steps  preparation of the dishes and cook them.
Our chef will spend with you a unforgettable experience , by involving you in a very exciting cooking lesson of about 3 hours, during which you will have the chance to take part to the realization of a complete menù of  Fish or  of  Meat.
 
 
Our Proposals Menus:
 
Fish Menù
First course: “Scialatielli with sea food (typical homemade pasta
cooked with mussels, clams, cockles, tomatoes).
Second course: gratineted fish (fresh fish cooked with oil, parsley, grated
bread and white wine).

 

Meat Menù
First course: Pasta roll (homemade roll pasta stuffed with béchamel,
meat, mozzarella cheese and bached ham).
Second course: Meat escalope (flour, butter and white wine)

 

Three hours lesson consisting of:
    • preparation;
    • explanation;
    • tasting
    • Amalfi Coast local wine.
